2008 enCOUNTER Training Class

Concrete experience is helpful but not necessary. The two day Countertop class will include both studio cast and cast in place techniques. enCOUNTER Professional Countertop system will be used by the students in hand’s on training. Attendees will use enCOUNTER reusable enFORMS & the new single use smooth edge rails and sink molds. Attendees will use enCOLOR, enMAGIC, Sedona Concentrate Acid Stain, SS Rainbow System, enPOXY, enSPARTIC and probably lots more. Attendees will learn to about sink and range block outs, backsplashes, reinforcement, mixing, admixtures, special effects, sealing and Thin Wall Technology.

Cost: $750 per person. Payment is due upon registration. Credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation policy: The Stamp Store requires 14 days advanced notice for cancellations in order to fill any last minute positions left open. Any cancellations received after the 14-day cut off period will be charged a $300.00 cancellation fee (This policy includes any no-shows).

Lodging: The Holiday Inn provides discounted room rates to classes attendees, when you call to make your reservations you will need to let them know that you are attending The Stamp Store class. Lunch: The Stamp Store provides lunch each day. If you’ve ever been here before, you know this is a special daily treat.
Training: Class begins promptly at 8:00 am each morning. We’d enCOURAGE you to be here by 7:45 so you don’t miss anything. The training will conclude around 4:30 pm each afternoon.

Class Size: Class size is limited in order to maximize the hands-on learning experience. The training is conducted by ACI Certified finisher Doug Bannister, who was recently recognized by Concrete Construction as one of the Top Ten Most Influential People in Concrete.

Purchases: Our training is far more informational and educational than sales oriented. However, we are available to assist you in choosing materials. Please have your order form completed and ready before the end of the training session Friday if you plan on taking materials with you. Bring your pick up and save the freight of shipping products. Don’t forget about your 5% discount on purchases made during the class and up to 1 week afterwards.
